Job Description: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team, providing the export and movement of air and ocean cargo including the management and distribution of documents and information related to the export function. Supervise customer service to all clients, vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to facilitate the export objective while ensuring accurate export documentation. Job Requirements: Knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding standards/procedures/operations including Inco Terms and basic accounting functions is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Project Management and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and excellent interpersonal skills required. Knowledge on Air Freight Charters, Ocean Charters and Charter agreements preferred.
